The Annex Tour

What kind of clients do you work with?
We work with all types of clients. In the Annex it tends to be a lot of foreign students, Apartment owners, and local business owners. We welcome everybody anybody and everybody who has anything to do with Real Estate in the ANNEX
What is your turn around time?
We strive to get back to clients requests immediately. Clients who are signed to a listing agreement and buyer agreement are prioritized accordingly. While we do work with customers unsigned to an agreement, our preference is to be given to those clients that we are committed to mutually.
Do you have an affiliate program?
We work with Agents everywhere. Sometimes we will advertise another agents listing because it benefits our clients and will get them into a property. We also will allow other agents to advertise our listings because hey why not get more advertising for free. Working with other agents is key to getting the most exposure and best price for your property.

Lees Palace

Lee’s Palace is a Toronto hotspot for live music. Known for its intimacy and strong acoustics, it hosts live music nearly every night of the week. The music genre generally played at Lee’s Palace is alternative rock. Canadian music groups such as MoistSloanOur Lady PeaceBarenaked Ladies, and The Tragically Hip have played this venue’s tiny stage early in their careers. International stars such as The VerveNirvanaTortoiseBlurThe Smashing PumpkinsOasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Arctic Monkeys and The Magnetic Fields made their Toronto debut at Lee’s Palace.

Brunswick House

The Brunswick House (also known as The Brunny) is one of the oldest establishments still in operation in the city of Toronto. Founded in 1876 and located just at the corner of Bloor Street West and Brunswick Avenue in the heart of the annex, The Brunswick House has served different clientele over its lifetime. Originally the neighbourhood was home to the working class and new immigrants. By the 1970s, The Brunswick House had become mainly a student bar with the University of Toronto just a few blocks east.

Madison Pub

Tucked off the main strip of the Annex, The Madison Ave. Pub (aka The Maddy) is a historical landmark and an integral part of a complete university experience. The patio alone consists of five levels, each with its own bar to keep liquid flowing swiftly and smoothly. Century-old trees hover over the terrace, casting random shade, while flower pots and hanging baskets complete the look of this rustic, but cozy deck. On any given night cheap pints and grub lure the crowds to the heated decks. Patios seat a total of 450, but to stay happy, arrive early as tables fill quickly.
The Annex is a neighbourhood in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The traditional boundaries of the neighbourhood are north to Dupont Street, south to Bloor Street, west to Bathurst Street and east to Avenue Road. Quick Facts

Much of the area’s retail, restaurant and entertainment venues are aimed at the university student demographic – young, educated, telecommunications-connected, non-driving. Quick Facts

The northern Annex (north of Bloor Street) was home to many members of Toronto’s Eaton family, Baldwin, Ross, and Simpson families until the mid-twentieth century. Timothy Eaton had his home at the corner of Lowther Avenue and Walmer Road, and the Baldwin family built three homes on the northern side of Lowther near Bedford Road.
